MEMBERSHIP
You can post messages on this forum by registering your username and email address. Once you have registered you will receive an email from the Administration Team, confirming your registration, which will then give you access to the forum.
By registering to join this website, you agree that the information you provide can be held on the forum database. Your details will remain in the domain and, unless required to do so by "any interested party" with regard to legal enquiries, will NOT be given to anyone.
False email addresses are not permitted.
Duplicate memberships are NOT permitted. Any member that is found to have registered more than one username, that username will be removed.
CODE OF CONDUCT
PAFCTalk welcomes banter and light-hearted discussion however you shall respect other forum members by NOT posting on the message boards or instant chat facility, nor send via the private messaging system, material which is racist (including colour, ethnicity or national origin), vulgar, abusive, defamatory, harassing, obscene, abusive, profane, sexually oriented or threatening. Neither shall you invade any persons privacy or violate any UK law. This also applies to your avatar and signature.
You shall NOT directly publish copyrighted material, unless it is owned by you or you have obtained the owners consent. If quoting from copyrighted material, state your source.
Spamming (repeatedly posting the same link, or message on multiple boards, or trying to get people to go to another site to buy something), flooding (posting irrelevant subjects and repeatedly posting new threads on the same topic), trolling (using a board for sole purpose of starting trouble or instigating an argument), advertisements, chain letters and pyramid schemes are inappropriate in this forum.
Any post that contravenes ANY of the above will, if the Administrators consider it appropriate, be deleted or modified.
You remain accountable for your messages, and agree that your views are not those of PAFCTalk or any websites linked to it. You remain responsible for your username and log on, do not leave your account unattended at any time, nor disclose your password.
FORFEITURE OF MEMBER RIGHTS
In the event of a contravention of the rules, on first contravention, the member will receive a warning as to his/her future conduct. Should the need for a second warning arise, the member will be barred from POSTING on the forum for one week. Any subsequent contravention will result in that member being instantly and permanently banned from the forum. Such former members will not be permitted to rejoin using a different username.
No member is immune from these rules, including administrators and moderators.
ADMINISTRATORS / MODERATORS CODE OF CONDUCT
The administrators and moderators of PAFCTalk will if necessary, delete, modify or move threads as appropriate. If this occurs, they shall state their reason within the thread concerned.
The administrators and moderators of PAFCTalk reserve the right to bar any member from PAFCTalk for contravention of ANY of these rules. The decision to bar a member will be at the consensus of THREE OR MORE staff members, and the reason made available to all forum members.
The forum staff are here to assist you, and if you require help or wish to complain, these should be directed to the usernames names coloured yellow (administrator) or green (moderator).
The administration team reserve the right to modify this agreement, and will inform forum members if such changes occur.
